NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated August 14, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 35-2024-CA-001344-AXXX-01 in Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County County, Florida, wherein EF MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and BELKAY CONSTRUCTION, LLC; CHRISTOPHER PIERRE; MICHAEL MCELROY; ALEXIS KWIECINSKI; IFP FUND I LLC are Defendant(s), Gary J. Cooney, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM at the Judicial Center (JC), Lobby, 550 W. Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on October 21, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
