PUBLIC NOTICE
The Village Council of the Village of Royal Palm Beach will conduct a Public Hearing during its Council Meeting in the Village Council Chambers, 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary, to consider and take final action regarding the following:
Application No. 25-012 (SPM) – Lulfs Rd Site Plan Modification – The Applicant, Urban Design Studio, on behalf of the Tuttle Royale Property Owners Association, Inc., is requesting a Major Site Plan Modification in order to modify the previously approved site and landscape plans to increase the sidewalk widths to 10 feet, include sidewalk cutouts along Lulfs Road to accommodate the approved trees, revise the Royal Palm specification to depict minimum 5' grey wood and update the plans to reflect utilities, for a property located on Southern Boulevard approximately 0.27 miles west of State Road 7 (US 441).
Application No. 25-093 (SE) – RP Logistics Limited Manufacturing – The Applicant, Smiley & Associates, Inc., on behalf of RP Logistics, LLC, is requesting Special Exception Use Approval to allow for an additional 35,540 square feet of "Manufacturing, limited processing and assembly (i.e. cabinetry, etc.)"within the existing warehouse building located in the Industrial Limited (IL) Zoning District, for a property located at 100 Aldi Way.
Application No. 25-092 (MCIC) – Wyndham Tree O.C. Distance – The Applicant, Wyndham Village Homeowners Association, Inc, is requesting Modification to a Council Imposed Condition in order to amend previously imposed Condition 27 of Resolution No. 01-04 to increase the "On Center" (O.C) distance required for street trees from 40 feet to an average of 55 feet, for the Wyndham Village property located east of Crestwood Boulevard on Oakwater Drive.

Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Planning & Zoning Department by appointment. All interested parties are invited to participate and be heard at the public hearing.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The Village of Royal Palm Beach does not provide such a record.
