Journal News ZBA Case No. 25-25 Issue of October 6, 2025 Public Hearing Zoning Board of Appeals Town of Greenburgh NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of Ryan Obuchowski & Laura Vulaj, for property located at 17 Wyndham Road, (P.O. Scarsdale, NY 10583). Applicants are seeking area variances from Section 285-5 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the distance between the patio area around a pool and side property line from 10 ft (required) to 5.86 ft (proposed), from Section 285-15B(4)(a) to reduce the minimum distance between the principal building and front yard setback from 20 ft (required) to 6.31 ft (proposed); and from Section 285-15B(4)(b) to reduce the minimum distance between the principal building and side yard setback from 10 ft (required) to 9.02 ft (proposed), in order to construct an addition and alterations to the subject property. The property is located in the R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 8.600-420-3 & 8.600-420-2.
