NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of Crossroads II LLC (Acadia Realty) A.K.A. Riko's Pizza, for property located at 495 Tarrytown Road, (P.O. White Plains, NY 10607). Applicant is requesting sign variances from Section 240-3D(14)(d)[1] of the Sign and Illumination Law to increase the maximum height of Lettering (other than key letter/logo) on the Tarrytown Road Elevation from 2 ft (permitted) to 2.56 ft (proposed); additionaly on the Parking Lot Elevation: from Section 240-3C(8) to increase the maximum height (stacked height) of Key letters/logo from 4 ft (permitted) to 6 ft (proposed); from Section 240-3C(9) to install a second wall sign on a non-corner lot building where only one sign is permitted; and from Section 240-3D(14)(d)[1] to increase the maximum height of Lettering (other than key letter/logo) from 2 ft (permitted) to 3.96 ft (proposed) for a sign permit to install multiple wall signs on the subject property. The property is located in the UR-PCD - Urban Renewal Planned Commercial District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 7.480-295-1.
