NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of Paul & Joan Colten, for property located at 7 Primrose Avenue West, (P.O. White Plains, NY 10607). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-14B(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum distance between the southerly side property line and driveway from 12 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-42C(1) to increase a non-conforming structure (driveway), in order to legalize a driveway expansion. The property is located in the R-10 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 7.540-327-4.
The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
