Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-38B of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum width of a one-family residence driveway (door drive) extension from the main driveway from 30 ft. (permitted) to 176 ft. (proposed), and from Section 285-38B to increase the maximumg driveway width from 30 ft. (permitted) to 49 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize an expanded driveway and addition. The property is located in the R-30 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 8.110-64-33.204. The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
