NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF WINSLOW PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Evan Schaeffer ("Applicant") has filed an application and supporting materials ("Application") with the Township of Winslow Planning Board ("Board") seeking an extension of the minor subdivision approval to create three new single family dwelling lots ("Approval"). This Approval was granted by the Board on October 17, 2024, memorialized by resolution adopted on November 21, 2024. The property that is the subject of this Application consists of approximately 3.12 acres and is designated on the Township of Winslow ("Township") tax maps as Block 3305, Lot 9 (the "Property"). The Property is commonly known as 41 Norcross Road, Berlin, New Jersey 08009. The zoning regulations for the Property are governed by the provisions of the Township's PR-3 Medium-Density Residential Zoning District.
