Higgins to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for "Lender", Cambridge Mortgage Group, LLC and its successors and assigns, dated September 21, 2012, and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 42000, Page 203, as affected by Mortgage Modification Agreement dated May 20, 2015 and recorded with said Registry in Book 45749, Page 337, as further affected by Mortgage Modification Agreement dated November 30, 2017 and recorded with said Registry in Book 49974, Page 276, as further affected by Mortgage Modification Agreement dated February 20, 2023 and recorded with said Registry in Book 57726, Page 27, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
