PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of the Borough of Freehold will hold a public hearing on the application of Sustainable Resources Group LLC. The public hearing will be held at the 51 West Main Street, Freehold, NJ. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at 61 Institute Street, Freehold, NJ. Said premises are known as Block 93, Lots 1, 1.01 & 1.03.
The application is for Amended Site Plan and Use Variance approval to allow outdoor storage of finished products, re-work material, pallets, metal equipment and parts. The proposed outdoor storage is not permitted in the R-5 and C-M zones and therefore a variance under NJSA 40:55D-70(d)(1) is required.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Borough of Freehold, 30 Mechanic Street, Freehold, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
