Key features of the main building include a concrete slab-on-grade foundation, structural steel framing, and a roof system composed of exposed steel beams with metal decking, some of which may include acoustical treatment depending on the space use. The project scope also includes kitchen equipment installation and comprehensive site development, including a geothermal well field, access drives, parking for buses and cars, and concrete sidewalks.
