Scope of Work
The City of Phoenix is seeking up to six qualified consultants to provide citywide Advanced Water Purification Engineering On-Call Services on an as-needed basis. The term of the agreements will be for three years.
Projects under the resulting contracts may utilize federal funds and are subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
Pre-Submittal Meeting
A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 9th Floor Training Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.
Request For Qualifications Packet
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the Request for Qualifications packet may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix
Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download the RFQ from the City webpages above.
Firms must be registered in eProcurement https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
