Scituate, MA 02066 The applicant requests review and approval of proposed addition of existing non-conforming single-family dwelling located at 35 Beaver Dam Rd. and is shown on Assessors Map 50 Block 1 Lot 8 and the property consists of approximately 14,447 square feet. The proposed project will remove existing garage on site and improve setbacks, reducing site non-conformities.
