RFP/LEASE LAND LEGAL NOTICE   The Plymouth Airport Commission is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified parties to lease land (approximately 1 acre) located in the area of 266 South Meadow Road, Plymouth, MA. The leased area should be used for a non-aviation related business/tenant.   The Request for Proposals is available at www.pymairport.com.   Proposals must be received by the Plymouth Airport prior to December 1, 2025. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the proposal arrives on time, in the proper format, at the designated place.   A site walkthrough will be conducted on October 13, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. on site at 266 South Meadow Road, Plymouth, MA, 02360. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Proposers are reminded that they are not to contact the members of the Plymouth Airport Commission concerning potential or actual proposals and that any inquiries on these matters shall be addressed to the Plymouth Airport Manager.   The Plymouth Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities or technical deficiencies, or allow the proposer to correct them.
