The Unit known as Unit No. 2I (hereinafter called “the Unit”) in the building known as and by the Street No. 30 Lake Street, City of White Plains, County of Westchester, State of New York (hereinafter called “the Building”), designated and described as Unit No. 2I in the Declaration establishing the Biltmore Towers Condominium made by the Grantor under the Condominium Act of the State of New York (Article 9-B of the Real Property law of the State of New York), dated December 13, 1977, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Land Records on the 20 day of December, 1977, in Liber 7440, at Page 226 (hereinafter called “The Declaration”), and designated also as Lot Nos. 1, 2, 11, 11A, 11B, 11C, Unit No. 21, War 5, Section, Block 40 on the Tax Map of the City of White Plains and on the Floor Plans (“the Floor Plans) of the Building, certified by John M.
