HLP-2023-0002   EXHIBIT A  LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR MID-AMERICA PIPELINE COMPANY 496_460_OGDEN LATERAL 6.625” BOONE COUNTY, IOWA (2.82 miles)  A 6.625” diameter pipeline being known as the 496_460_Ogden Lateral beginning at a point on the West line of Boone County, Iowa and the West line of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Twenty-eight (28) West of the 5th P.M.; thence continuing in a Easterly direction on private property across the Northwest Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), crossing public right of way B Avenue; thence in a generally Easterly direction on private property across the Northwest Quarter, Northeast Quarter and Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-two (32), crossing the Beaver Creek; crossing public right of way C Avenue; thence in a generally Southeasterly direction on private property across the Southwest Quarter and Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-three (33), crossing the Middle Beaver Creek; crossing railroad highway right of way of Union Pacific Railroad Company; all of the aforesaid in Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Twenty-eight (28) West of the 5th P.M. being the endpoint of the line in Boone County, Iowa.    A map showing the route of the hazardous liquid pipeline may be obtained at no cost by calling (713) 381-6500, or by writing to Enterprise Products Operating, LLC, 1100 Louisiana Street, 10th Floor, Houston, Texas 77002-5227, Attention: Transportation Compliance.  All filings in this docket (Docket No. HLP-2023-0002) may be viewed by searching under the docket number in the IUC's Electronic Filing System (EFS) at http://efs.iowa.gov.
