REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS   SKYLINE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER For construction of: New performing arts center for the Hickory County R-I Skyline School District at: 20663 US Highway 65 Urbana, Missouri 65767 The Hickory County R-I Skyline School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from testing firms for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections during construction of a new performing arts center for the district. The project construction commencement is anticipated within the next three months, and construction completion is anticipated to be within the next 15 months. The project is located in Urbana, Missouri. The project is approximately 11,200 SF new construction. It includes a 420-seat auditorium, stage, lobby, and associated back of house and support spaces. Construction generally includes pre-engineered metal building framing and cast in place concrete.
