No. PC-2025-03038 ORDER OF NOTICE  The above-entitled action is a Complaint seeking Interpleader of surplus funds resulting for the foreclosure sale of the real property located at 45 Ballston Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.  And it appearing that the Defendants, Timothy P. Carnaghan and the Heirs, Devisees, and Legal Representatives of the Estate of Connie Goodman-Dube, have an interest in the above described real estate and whose present whereabouts are unknown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this action be given by the Clerk of this Court once a week for two successive weeks in the Providence Journal, a newspaper with general circulation in the State of Rhode Island. The Defendant(s) are hereby notified of their right to serve an answer or responsive pleading to this action upon the Attorney for the Plaintiff, Rowdy M. Cloud, Esq., of Brock and Scott, PLLC., 23 Messenger Street, Second Floor, Plainville, MA 02762, no later than 20 days following the final publication of this order.
