COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE STATE OF CALIFORNIA   In accordance with the provisions established by the Revenue and Taxation Code, Matthew Jennings, Riverside County Treasurer – Tax Collector, hereby announces that all secured property tax bills will be mailed on or before November 1, 2025. These bills will be sent out to all property owners at the addresses indicated on the tax roll. If you own property within the County of Riverside and do not receive a tax bill by November 10, 2025, please contact the Riverside County Treasurer – Tax Collector’s office immediately, via telephone, letter, website, or in person by visiting any one of our offices, located throughout the county. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the liability to pay taxes nor does it relieve the addition of penalties attached by law.   The first installment of the 2025-2026 fiscal year taxes is due and payable on November 1, 2025, and will become delinquent if they are not paid by 5:00 PM on December 10, 2025. After this date, a 10% penalty will be applicable. The second installment of the 2025-2026 fiscal year taxes are due and payable on February 1, 2026, and will become delinquent if they are not paid by 5:00 PM on April 10, 2026.
