By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Monday, June 9, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT, IN CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, DESCRIBED IN AND DESIGNATED ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION CREATING THE CONDOMINIUM REGIME OF CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, RECORDED AS ENTRY NUMBER 543901, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND THE SURVEY, SITE PLAN AND TYPICAL BUILDING SECTION AND INDIVIDUAL FLOOR PLAN ATTACHED TO SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS CONDOMINIUM UNIT 17-A-B OF CYPRESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF GONZALES, PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, BOTH GENERAL AND LIMITED, APPERTAINING TO SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT UNDER THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THE LOUISIANA CONDOMINIUM ACT OF 1979, L.S.A. R.S. 9:11212, 101 THROUGH 9:1148, AND ALL SERVITUDES AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
