By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN TRACT OF PARCEL OF GROUND, LOCATED IN SECTION 30, T9S, R3E, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, SHOWN ON A MAP OR PLAN OF SURVEY PREPARED BY LARRY J. PICCIOLA, PLS, DATED APRIL 24, 2013, RECORDED AT INSTRUMENT NO. 827940 IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA AND ENTITLED “FINAL PLAT FOR BAYOU VIEW ESTATES, FIRST FILING, SURVEY PLAT OF THE BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING, BEING IN SECTION 30, T-9-S, R-3-E FOR COAST BUILDERS, LLC”. SAID TRACT BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT NUMBER NINE (9) AND HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS, DIMENSIONS, SERVITUDES AND BUILDING SET BACK LINES AS ARE SHOWN ON SAID SURVEY REFERRED TO ABOVE; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
