By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREOF, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT SIXTY EIGHT (68) OF BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING, A SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, LOUISIANA ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY JOHN E. BONNEAU & ASSOCIATES, INC., DATED JULY 1, 2005 ATTACHED TO THAT ACT RECORDED UNDER ENTRY NO. 657223 AND MADE PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE, AND BEING DESCRIBED WITH REFERENCE THERETO AS HAVING A FRONTAGE ON OLD BAYOU AVENUE AND HAVING SUCH DIMENSIONS, BOUNDARIES AND MEASUREMENTS AS ARE MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF SURVEY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SEVENTY THREE CENTS ($246,428.73) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
