(owner) has submitted an Act 2 Final Report for Soil to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of a combination of the Act 2 Site Specific and Statewide Health Standards for the Canal Road Act 2 Site located at 269 Canal Road in Falls Township, Bucks County, PA. 269 Canal Road, L.P. has indicated that the remediation measures detailed in the Act 2 Final Report for Soil have attained a combination of the Site Specific and Statewide Health Standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
