Potential developers interested in purchasing one or more lots must complete the Property Disposition Application and return it with supporting documentation to the City's Development Department. A new lot has been added to the City of Wausau Development Department's website – 921 S 19th Avenue. For the first initial 30 days, the City of Wausau will accept offers to purchase but cannot evaluate or make any decision. After the initial 30 days have expired (through November 6, 2025) the department will evaluate and present them at the following Economic Development Committee meeting. The committee may accept, reject, or negotiate such applications. After the initial 30-day advertising period, additional offers will be vetted on a first-come, first-served basis.
