Notice is hereby given that the Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm in Pembroke Town Hall, Room 6 (Veterans Hall), on the application of Riverside, LLC - Murphy Electric, 7 Riverside Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, requesting a variance in accordance with the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Pembroke, Sec. 5A.D.5., side yard setback to construct a detached 1,440 SF storage garage then (10) feet from the side yard setback in order to place it far enough away from the existing building to allow delivery trucks to safely pass between the existing building and proposed storage garage. 20-foot setback is required for the side yard. The property is located at 7 Riverside Drive, Pembroke, MA 02359, in Industrial District B, as shown on Assessors’ Map F15 Lot 64. A copy of the application is available in the Office of the Planning Board at Pembroke Town Hall.
