MENDON PLANNING BOARD HEARING, 10/20 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MENDON Planning Board   PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   In accordance with MGL, the Mendon Planning Board will hold seven (7) public hearings regarding warrant articles for the upcoming Special Town Meeting. The warrant articles are as follows, all regarding the Mendon Zoning By-Laws: (1) changes to Section 5.03 Flood Hazard Overlay District, (2) reformatting annotations and numbering styles throughout the Mendon Zoning By-Laws, (3) changes to Section 2.06 Sign By-Law and 6.03 Marijuana Establishments and Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers, (4) changes to Article III including the Table of Uses, (5) changes to Section 3.04 Open Space Communities and 4.02 Site Plan Review, (6) addition a new Common Driveways zoning by-law and a new Retreat Lots zoning by-law, (7) changes to Article VII Accessory Dwelling Unit. These hearings will take place at a regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting on October 20th, 2025 at 6pm at Mendon Town Hall, 20 Main St, Mendon MA, 01756. Any person wishing to be heard on any of the above topics should appear at the designated time and place.
