NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Sealed Bids will be received by the Bid Committee of the Board of School Commissioners of the City of Indianapolis until 1:00 PM (EST) on November 4, 2025 for RFB-26-007, Plumbing Upgrades at Multiple Schools. The complete bid package can be downloaded electronically free of charge at https://indigo.bonfirehub.com.
A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 16, 2025 at 10:00 am (EST). Site visit requests will be discussed and confirmed during the pre-bid meeting. The link to join the meeting can be found in the main bid document.
Bidders are required to submit a bid response electronically via https://indigo.bonfirehub.com. Bids will be publicly opened at the indicated due date and time via a virtual Teams meeting. The link to attend can be found in the main bid document.
The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertising. Late bids will be rejected.
