INVITATION TO BID   The City of Lawrence, Marion County, Indiana, by and through its Redevelopment Commission, herein referred to as the Owner, will invite sealed bids for the installation of landscaping and raised concrete planters as part of the Pendleton Pike Median Landscape Improvements project. The contract will consist of the following: Replacement of existing soil in medians along Pendleton Pike for areas slated for landscaping. Landscaping including perennials, shrubs, planting soil, stone cobble and hardwood mulch. Seeding of medians not slated for landscaping. Bid alternate for raised concrete planters and trees for portions of two medians. Sealed bids are due by no later than 2.p.m on Wednesday October 29th, 2025.
