Advertisement for Request for Proposals   B & B Water Project, Inc. (B&B) is seeking proposals for an ex-perienced contractor to pro-vide Office and Administration services; in addition, it seeks an experienced contractor to provide Field Operations as well. B&B Water Project is a not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1967 to provide water service to residents in portions of Bloomington and Benton townships. An interested party may propose one or both services. Initial contract length will be for three (3) years beginning January 1, 2026, and may be renewed for an additional two (2) years.
