NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (as to Count III) (the “Final Judgment”), dated September 17, 2025, entered in Case No. 2025CA001443AX of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and WESCOBEST, LLC d/b/a WESTRAC, ERIC SPIVEY a/k/a ERIC MICHAEL SPIVEY, and BRITTANEY MILLER are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Marion County, Florida, Gregory C. Harrell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.marion.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of October 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
