NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Staunton Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The hearing will be held in Rita S. Wilson Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 116 W Beverley Street. • Public Hearing and Consideration of a Request by David Bottenfield, HT Valley Properties, LLC, to Rezone 3011 Westside Drive, Parcel Identification Number 5622, from I-2, Heavy Industrial District, to R-3, Medium Density Residential District. The City of Staunton, Virginia, Comprehensive Plan 2018-2040, Future Land Use Map, Designates This Area as Heavy Industrial With No Suggested Density. The Planning Commission will conduct site visits at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Commission members and staff will meet at the Parks and Recreation Offices at Montgomery Hall Park. You are invited to attend the meeting and share your views with the Planning Commission.
