NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Staunton Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The hearing will be held in Rita S. Wilson Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 116 W Beverley Street.
• Public Hearing and Consideration of a Request by David Bottenfield, HT Valley Properties, LLC, to Rezone 3011 Westside Drive, Parcel Identification Number 5622, from I-2, Heavy Industrial District, to R-3, Medium Density Residential District. The City of Staunton, Virginia, Comprehensive Plan 2018-2040, Future Land Use Map, Designates This Area as Heavy Industrial With No Suggested Density.
The Planning Commission will conduct site visits at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Commission members and staff will meet at the Parks and Recreation Offices at Montgomery Hall Park.
