BOROUGH OF ORADELL TAX SALE NOTICE NOTICE OF LIEN SALE OF PROPERTY FOR NON-PAYMENT OF TAXES, ASSESSMENTS AND OTHER MUNICIPAL CHARGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, Victoria Walker, Tax Collector in the Borough of Oradell in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, will on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST or at such later time and place to which said sale may be adjourned, will expose for Lien Sale taxes and/or other municipal charges for the year 2024 and any prior unpaid charges pursuant to NJSA54:5-1, et seq. together with interest to such date and cost of sale. The sale will be held online, https://oradell.newjerseytaxsale.com. Said properties will be sold subject to redemption at the lowest rate of interest but in no case will exceed 18% per annum. The payment for liens purchased shall be made payable via WIRE TRANSFER prior to the conclusion of the sale. Properties for which there are no purchasers shall be struck off and sold to the Borough of Oradell at an interest rate of 18%. At any time before the sale, payment of the amount due on any property with interest and costs will be accepted. Payment must be made in the form of certified check, bank check, or money order. Industrial properties may be subject to the Spill Compensation and Control Act (NJSA58:10-23.11 et seq.), the Water Pollution Control Act (NJSA58:10A-1et seq.), and the Industrial Site Recovery Act (NJSA13:1K-6 et seq.). In addition, the Municipality is precluded from issuing a tax sale certificate to any perspective purchaser who is or may be in any way connected to the prior owner or operator of the site. In the event the owner is on active duty with the military, the Collector should be notified immediately (N.J.S.A. 38:23C-18). The owners’ names are as they appear in the current tax duplicate and do not necessarily mean that the parties are the present owner of the property.
