NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ISELIN FIRE DISTRICT NO. 9 WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY   Notice is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Iselin Fire District No. 9, Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals for the following professional services for calendar year 2026:   • Auditor (including general municipal auditing, insurance forensic auditing,    and general forensic auditing) • Attorney (all specialties) • Engineer (all specialties) • Financial Advisor • Bond Counsel • Insurance Broker/Risk Management Consultant (Health and Property and    Casualty) • Architect (all specialties) • Other Professional Services as required by the Board   These contracts are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. (New Jersey Pay-to-Play Law). Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the solicitation documents, which are available from the district.   The award of the contracts shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34 (Title 5, Chapter 34), and any other applicable statutes and regulations.   Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained during normal business hours from the office of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Iselin Fire District No. 9, 1222 Green Street, Iselin, NJ 08830 or may be requested electronically by contacting m.rivera@iselin9firenj.gov   All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the name of the proposer and clearly marked “Proposal for Professional Services – [Specify the “Service Type”, i.e. Attorney, Engineer, etc.]”, Attn: Maria J.
