By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
A CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, ALL RIGHTS, WAYS AND PRIVILEGES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING, BEING LYING AND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF CADDO, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
LOT SEVENTEEN (17), QUIET COUNTRY, UNIT 3, A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 3500, PAGE 37, RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH,LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2000 BELMONT HOMES, SERIAL NO. MSB013280SN44385NTA, 31 X 76, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBOLIZED PURSUANT TO MANUFACTURED HOME AFFIDAVIT OF AFFIXATION DATED 02/20/2013 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2451051 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUSIANA.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
