BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 5th day of November, 2025 the following property to-wit :
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows:
A certain tract of land containing 0.53 acres, more or less, situated in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E/2 of NW/4 of SE/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Five (5) North, Range One (1) East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more fully described as follows:
From the point where the North line of Shanghai Road and the West line of a 30-foot road intersect, run West along Shanghai Road the distance of 97.2 feet to a point to establish the point of beginning; thence continue along Shanghai Road the distance of 97.2 feet to establish the frontage; thence run back therefrom between parallel and equal lines North 0 degrees 30 minutes West the distance of 235.38 feet, in accordance with a Certificate of Survey, dated May 9, 1963, by Daniel D. Sandefur, a copy of which is recorded in Conveyance Book 1155, Page 697, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
