BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 5th day of November, 2025 the following property to-wit :

SANDEFUR, BEING THAT AREA ENCLOSED WITHIN THE BOLD LINES AND LETTERED A, B, C, D, E AND F IN RED, ATTACHED TO ACT OF SALE FROM BRIAN NEFF COUVILLION TO THOMAS MICHAEL CALDWELL, DATED JULY 9, 1984, RECORDED AT CONVEYANCE BOOK 1124, PAGE 82, RECORDS OF RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION TAKEN FROM CONVEYANCE BOOK 2142, PAGE 267; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
