The City of Scottsdale is poised to make significant investments into its park system with the voter-approved Prop 490 and recently approved Parks System-Wide Master Plan. The City’s legacy in parks began in 1956, and currently the department operates 45 parks, 4 aquatic centers, 6 community centers, and the Preserve, which totals over 30,000 acres.
The City of Scottsdale(“City”) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide On-Call Park Planning services city-wide on an as-needed basis. The scopes of work for the on-call projects may include design/engineering, feasibility studies, master planning, specification review, and other miscellaneous services. Projects may range from relatively small landscape design services with quick turnaround times required to large-scale master planning services, including robust public outreach. Up to 3 firms will be selected. This solicitation is open to all firms.
