NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2025 I, MIKALE P. BILLARD, Clerk of the Board of County Legislators, Oneida County, in accordance with County Law Section 214 and the Oneida County Charter Section 205, hereby cause publication of the following NOTICE OF ADOPTION and summary of Local Law No. 1 of 2025. This Local Law was passed by the Oneida County Board of Legislators at a regular meeting on September 10, 2025, and was approved by the County Executive on September 23, 2025 after a public hearing, which was held on September 23, 2025. The intent of this Local Law is to establish a registration system for short-term rental units and to extend the Oneida County Hotel Occupancy Tax to short-term rental units.
