NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC WORKSHOP – PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESS The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners and the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a joint public workshop to discuss the planned development (PD) review and approval process on October 23, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the County Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida.
