Sealed proposals will only be accepted digitally (prepared according to the Instructions to Proposers). A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the project site, in the Harned Sisters Fine Arts Building Lobby at 2:00 p.m.., local time. Attendance by prospective bidders is not mandatory. The bid opening location will be held at the Parkhill office at 800 S. Polk Street, Suite 200, Amarillo, TX 79101 and via remote access (link send to all Proposers) at 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Proposals received prior to this time will be securely kept, unopened. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
