PUBLIC NOTICE   SUMMARY AD FOR PROPOSED ROADWAY VACATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners has set October 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing, as required by O.R.C Section 5553.05, on a petition filed by the Board of Trustees of Lawrence Township requesting the vacating of Waterway St. NW, as dedicated 2,588.43 Sq. Ft. in the Maple Grove Addition to North Lawrence as recorded in P.B.2 Pg. 70, of the Stark County Record of Plats, Being Located in the S.W. Quarter of Section 29, Township 1 (Lawrence), Range 10, Stark County, Ohio and following in successive order with other road vacation hearings that may be scheduled. The complete descriptions and maps of said roadways may be viewed at the Commissioner’s Office.
