CITY OF RANCHO MIRAGE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Rancho Mirage, California, will Conduct a Public Hearing Regarding the Intention to Annex Territory to an Existing Community Facilities District and Authorize Special Tax Annexation No. 200, Section 31, Town Center as follows:   DATE OF HEARING: Thursday, October 16, 2025   TIME OF HEARING: 1:00 p.m.   PLACE OF HEARING: Rancho Mirage City Hall – Council Chamber 69-825 Highway 111 Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 The City Council will hear all evidence and testimony by all interested persons, property owners, voters and taxpayers, relating to the annexation of certain territory and property to an existing community facilities district for the purpose of providing public services to be financed through the levy of a special tax.
