PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buckingham Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania to consider:
7:30 pm – Application of FORMAN SIGN COMPANY ON BEHALF OF RALPH MOYER AND GOOD STUFF THRIFT for property located at 3633 North Easton Road, in the Township (TMP No. 6-2-9). The Application requests a variance from Section 4306.C. (2) of the Zoning Ordinance to install a freestanding sign that exceeds the allowable square footage of 50 square feet and overall height of 8 feet in the same location as existing sign.
8:00 pm Application of JUDITH KEHLEY, THOMAS EDWARD KEHLEY AND MICHELLE PERNICIARO for property located at 4575 Lower Mountain Road in the Township (TMP No. 6-18-78). The Application requests a variance from Section 3100(B)(11) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the disturbance of a portion of the vegetation on the Property within 100 feet of the perimeter of the tract or edge of cart way.
8:30 pm Application of MICHAEL AND MARGARET BRESCIA for property located at 3932 Stirrup Lane, in the Township (TMP No. 6-66-14). The Application requests a variance from Section 1602.A of the Zoning Ordinance to enlarge an existing patio which results in an impervious coverage of 36.6% where 25% is permitted and to install a path from the driveway to connect with stairs leading to the deck.
