NOTICE OF INTENT SPECIAL MEETING The Board of Commissioners of Upper Moreland Township announces that the Preliminary 2026 General Fund Budget for Upper Moreland Township will be available for review by the public at the office of the Township Manager, 117 Park Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090 as of Friday, October 24, 2025. The Board of Commissioners will review the Preliminary Budget at a public work session to be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. The December 1, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners will include the adoption of the Final 2026 General Fund Budget, authorize the 2026 tax levy, approve the 2026 refuse collection fee and approve the 2026 schedule of Board of Commissioners meetings by the appropriate ordinances. At this meeting, the Board of Commissioners shall also consider adoption of resolutions or ordinances concerning the approval of budget transfers in the 2025 budget, and approval of the rate of contribution by police officers to the police pension fund.
