INVITATION TO BID   Separate sealed bids for Fairview Cemetery Monuments Restoration, will be received by the City of Van Buren, Arkansas at 1003 Broadway Street Van Buren, Arkansas until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on October 23rd, 2025, at which time and location bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. This project includes the restoration of 16 Monuments at Fairview Cemetery. Prospective bidders can download contract documents from the City of Van Buren website https://www.cityofvanburenar.gov/DocumentCenter/View/790/Fairview-Cemetery-Bid-Proposal Bid documents are also available at the Planning Department office at the Van Buren Municipal Complex, 1003 Broadway Street, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of any Addenda duly issued. Information regarding addenda duly issued can be obtained from the Planning Department of the City of Van Buren. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
