The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2025-6
Howard & Ann Growley, owners of property located at 8357 Lewis Rd, Erie County Index No. (27) 31-30.1-5; requesting to decrease the side yard setback from the required 30 ft. to 18 ft. for the purpose of constructing a 16 ft. by 24 ft. garage addition. Property is zoned Agriculture.
Appeal No. 2025-7
Eric Montes Reyes, owner of property located at 1926 Depot St, Erie County Index No. (27) 36-128-4; requesting to decrease the front yard setback from an average of adjacent structures to 8 ft. for the purpose of constructing a 16 ft. by 8 ft. wrap around covered porch. Property is zoned Village.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
