KILLINGLY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
HEARING
The Commission will hold the following public hearing on MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2025 @ 7:00 PM. The Meeting will be held in the Town Meeting Room, 2ND Floor, Killingly Town Hall, 172 Main St. The public is invited to attend in person; or watch Facebook live. The agenda, posted the Friday before, will have instructions for the public to participate via telephone.
1) Spec Permit Appl #25-1356– KPC Killingly Owner, LLC (Ledle, Inc / Landowner); 35 & 53 Attawaugan Crossing Rd; (#35; GIS MAP 63, Lot 21, 6.9 acres) & (#53; GIS MAP 63, LOT 22, 4.1 acres); GC; to construct a 5,400 sf 7-Eleven Convenience store w/ fueling for passenger & commercial vehicles.
All applications are available for public viewing in the P&D Office during normal business hours. Any written public comment can be emailed to publiccomment@killinglyct.gov or mailed to the Town of Killingly. All written public comments must be received prior to 2:00 PM on the date of the hearing & will be posted on the Town’s website www.killinglyct.gov.
