NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS STATE OF OKLAHOMA OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE SERVICES (OMES) The Office of Management and Enterprise Services invites the presentation of written proposals from Operators to operate the State Capitol Shoeshine stand located at State Capitol – Oklahoma City, OK. A pre-submittal building tour will be held on Oct. 15, 2025, at the site location of Oklahoma State Capitol by appointment. Proposal packets will be available at the building tour or at oklahoma.gov/omes/divisions/capital-assets-management/real-estate-leasing-services/opportunities. All proposals must be submitted by email, mail (address below) or hand delivery and must be received and date-stamped or postmarked before 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. Any proposals received after this time will be invalid and returned unopened. Proposals are for consideration only. OMES reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
