Cruz, Deceased:  Notice is hereby given that an Interpleader Complaint has been filed in the above-referenced Civil Court Action. This is an action to dispose of excess proceeds in Plaintiff’s, Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation’s, possession following the foreclosure of a mortgage encumbering real property located at 120 Northup Street, Warwick, RI 02889 where the decedent resided prior to her passing (2023, exact date of death unknown).  All persons having claims against the estate are required to present their claims within the time and in the manner provided by law.  Any person with information concerning any unknown heirs of the deceased, including any relatives, next of kin, children, or former spouses, is requested to contact the attorney at the address below.
