Homes for Good Housing Agency Waitlist Opening Announcement: Ollie Court Project-Based Voucher (PBV) 1-, 2-, and 3-Bedroom Apartments Homes for Good will be opening a waitlist for Ollie Court, a new PBV community in Eugene offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. WAITLIST OPENING DATES: Opens: 9:00 AM PDT, October 21, 2025 Closes: 4:00 PM PDT, November 7, 2025 After November 7, 2025, the waitlist will close, and no new applications will be accepted. WHO CAN APPLY: In compliance with 24 CFR 983.251, Homes for Good must offer applicants on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waitlist the opportunity to be placed on this new PBV waitlist. Placement will follow your existing HCV waitlist number. This does not affect your HCV waitlist status. HOW TO APPLY Beginning October 21, HCV waitlist applicants will receive a registration letter by email with instructions to create a portal account and submit an application for Ollie Court. Applying for the waitlist does not guarantee housing.
