The following relief is requested: The Board will hold a hearing on the application to convert the existing structure on the property into a senior daycare center, seeking a (d)(3) conditional use variance where the proposed senior daycare center while being a charitable institution does not meet certain of the lot and yard requirements or location on an arterial roadway, continuation of existing non-conforming conditions as to the front yard setback from Belmont Avenue, where 30 feet is required, and existing and proposed is 2.8 feet; maximum building height, where a maximum of 35 feet is permitted, and existing and proposed is 37 feet, together with preliminary and final site plan approval, and such other variances, waivers and other relief as is inecessary for the project as proposed or amended, for premises located at 400 Delmore Avenue, known and designated as Block 364, Lot 1, as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of South Plainfield.
